Does not work

I have a public IP and wanted to find an alternative to iTap RDP. iTap connects just fine, this one just has the screen and absolutely nothing on. Disconnect/reconnect doesn’t make a difference. Support link shows that they don’t even have an RDP product. I wish there was a way to get my money back. Feels like a SCAM and all the other reviews seem fake. Most people do not have their computer on a public IP, so it being “easy” to connect is just not possible.

Now to get my 14 bucks back for this non-working software.
